ABC Blind & Drapery warrants that
our products will be free from defects in
material and workmanship for as long as
the original retail purchaser owns the
product, provided that such products were
properly installed in residential
dwellings.
The obligation of ABC Blind & Drapery
is limited to repair or replacement of the
window fashion product(s) or components
found to be defective and excludes all
shipping charges, service trips, lost
time, and fees for removal and
re-installation of window products.
Repairs will be made with like or similiar
parts.
To obtain warranty service contact ABC
Blind & Drapery to promptly repair or
replace any defective parts or components
without charge. Warranty claims must be
accompanied by proof of purchase, the
details regarding the nature of the
problem, location of the products,
etc.
This warranty does not cover any
conditions or damages resulting from
accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse,
exposure to the elements, excessive
humidity, fading or discoloration over
time. This warranty also does not cover
any condition or damage resulting from
removal of the product or re-installation
in the same or another window or
application. This warranty does not apply
to conditions caused by normal "wear and
tear" of the window product.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of
all other obligations, liabilities or
warranties.
In no event shall ABC Blind & Drapery
be liable or responsible for incidental or
consequential damages or for any other
direct or indirect damage, loss, cost,
expense or fee. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to
state. All commercial products and
applications carry a one-year
warranty.
